Assembly in 4 steps:

1. Fold both side panels along the scored lines, scored side facing out
2. Lay the panel without the logo flat and press the long side panel into the slots
3. Repeat with the short side panel
4. Press the logo panel on top, then check every tab is fully seated

No tools. No glue.

Fit note: The tabs are designed for a snug fit and may need firm pressure, so a second pair of hands makes setup easier. Slight gaps or texture variations at the joints are normal and do not affect use or structural stability.

Daily: Use a lint roller to remove loose fur in seconds.

Deep clean: Vacuum thoroughly for dust and fur; weekly cleaning is recommended.

Spot stains: Wipe gently with a damp cloth.

Water cleaning: Gently rinse or hand-wash with cool water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Drying: Allow to air-dry completely in a well-ventilated area before use.

Creases: Iron on low heat to flatten.

Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.

Felt absorbs moisture, so keep it in a dry, well-ventilated spot.

Can I switch between the two modes? Yes. Stand it upright for Slide Mode or lay it on its side for Tunnel Mode. No tools needed.

Which size should I choose? Standard suits cats up to 15 lbs. Large suits cats up to 25 lbs or homes with more than one cat. Between sizes? Go Large. Extra-large breeds like Maine Coons may find both sizes snug.

Will it hold more than one cat? Yes. Smaller sections are the strongest. The wider curved areas may flex slightly under weight, which is normal and part of the felt design.

Will it tip over? Tunnel Mode is the most stable. In Slide Mode it is light enough to move around, so it can tip during wild wand-toy sessions. Place it on a rug or against a wall for extra stability.

Does it smell? Each den is cut from fresh felt and sealed for shipping, so a light new-felt smell is normal. It usually fades quickly once aired out.

My cat is not using it yet. What should I do? Some cats need a few days to warm up to a new space. Try placing treats or freeze-dried snacks inside.

Will it hold up to a heavy scratcher? The 9mm felt is scratch and bite resistant. Like any felt, heavy scratching can leave some light fuzzing over time, and a quick pass with a lint roller keeps it looking neat.

Does it stick to fur? Less than most felt, but it does pick up some fur. A rubber pet brush or lint roller clears it in seconds.
